Based on the information available to GPB, between June 2024 and December 2025, two people died in the border region after crossing the Latvian-Belarusian border and were buried in Latvia, bringing the total number of deaths since 2023 to 11.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-84e55eed-5f49-446a-aad0-72e92afec32d\"
