The aim of the project “GPB NGO Info Point Customer Service at ‘Ukrainian House in Latvia’” is to promote the integration of Ukrainian civilians into Latvian society by providing accessible and continuous informational, advisory, and practical support. The project specifically targets vulnerable groups, such as seniors and individuals with minimal digital skills, and – importantly – adapts to changes in the assistance system.

Through individual consultations, informational sessions, and the dissemination of verified information, the project offers support and practical assistance to Ukrainian civilians, helping them navigate the Latvian administrative, social, and legal environment, digital services, and encouraging more active participation in community life.

During implementation, special attention is given to Ukrainian civilians who face difficulties adapting independently to Latvian social and administrative requirements – seniors, individuals with minimal digital skills, and newcomers.

Consultations will take place at the premises of “Ukrainian House in Latvia”, Strūgu Street 4, Riga.

The project will be implemented from July to December 2025.

The total project funding is EUR 25,140.00.

The project is financially supported by the Society Integration Fund from the allocated Latvian state budget. #NVO_UKR_2025
